Is O2 a 5G network and do you have to pay more for it?

O2 now offers 5G. In fact, all Moblse O2 Unlimited SIMs come automatically with 5G so you don't have to pay more to get it.

How much should I expect to save if I use Shop St.

By switching from cards/cash to paying for any brand/retailer on the Shop St. app you will save typically £25 to £50 dependent on your monthly spending.

How will my £10 credit be paid?

For every new member that you introduce to myMoblse who purchases a Unlimited O2 SIM. Credits are made in arrears dependent on contract terms.

Can I cancel the auto-renewal feature for myMoblse?

You can cancel the auto-renewal feature on your Moblse account from the day you subscribe, by accessing your subscription page. Click on'Manage account'. In this section, you will be able to cancel your auto-renewal. Please note that when you deactivate auto-renewal, we will not process any future payments. You will still receive the remaining services and have access to your Shop St. & Moblse account until the subscription expires.
